Does NXTL handle council approvals?

Yes. Council and building approvals are included in the turnkey price. We manage the full DA and BA process from lodgement through to certification — you don’t need to deal with council directly.

What does the price include?

Everything: the home, all approvals, transport to your site, crane installation, plumbing and electrical connections, and all standard finishes. There are no hidden extras and no variations.

Can I rent the granny flat out?

In most cases, yes — subject to your local council’s secondary dwelling policy. We’ll confirm what’s permissible for your specific property during the site assessment, before you commit to anything.

Where does NXTL deliver to?

We deliver across Queensland. Transport feasibility and any associated costs depend on your location and site access — we’ll confirm this during your free enquiry.

How long does the process take?

It varies based on council processing times and site conditions. Because construction and approvals run in parallel, total lead time is typically shorter than a traditional site-built home. We’ll give you a realistic estimate at the site assessment stage.

Is finance available?

We don’t provide finance directly, but many clients use construction loans, home equity, or investment lending. We’re happy to point you toward brokers familiar with secondary dwelling finance.
